PropTech Energy is a group of ten innovative and expanding companies consisting of Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, KEAB, and Engi. Job Responsibilities

As an energy technician with us at Ömangruppen, you work with service tasks within areas such as ventilation, control/regulation, cooling, and heating/energy. You ensure that your work out at our customers leads to well-maintained facilities with reduced energy and operating costs. You establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers. You are responsible for independently driving your work forward and taking responsibility for your assignments.

• Conduct troubleshooting
• Perform minor service installations
• Balancing and control/regulation
• Emergency service at customer site
• Upselling

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Education or experience in electricity, cooling, plumbing/HVAC, and/or ventilation
• Good system familiarity
• Good knowledge of Office
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
