Your role at Iver
As a BDM within the Private Sector vertical – where we have customers in industries such as manufacturing, retail, transport, and high-tech – you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and processing new customers.
- Creating solutions that meet customers' business and technical needs.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating in a virtual team with Bid Managers and Solution Architects to achieve common goals.

To succeed in the role of BDM with us, we believe you have:
- 7+ years of experience in successful service sales within IT operations/outsourcing.
- Documented experience in creating new customer relationships and closing deals.
- An established presence and a well-developed, strong network within the industry.
- The ability to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
- A distinct hunter profile with high energy and a winner's mentality.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Location: Iver is present in 23 locations across the Nordics. For this role, we see you based out of any of our offices, for example, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Västerås, among others.
