We are now looking for a Workshop Foreman for an important role at Åhman's Tractor Centre in Linköping!

About the role

As a Workshop Foreman at Åhman's Tractor Centre, you have overall responsibility for the workshop in Linköping. You lead and distribute the daily work for the service technicians and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, structured, and with high quality.

You work closely with technicians, sales staff, and customers, acting as a key link between the different parts of the business. The role also involves administrative tasks and a responsibility to develop working methods and contribute to a profitable and well-functioning workshop.

You will also become part of the company's network of workshop foremen, where experience sharing and collaboration are in focus.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who thrives on combining leadership, customer contact, and technical work. You are a person who takes responsibility, is structured, and has a natural drive to develop both the business and the employees.

You have a business-minded approach, good communication skills, and a strong focus on service. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making your own decisions in everyday life. Being a good role model and contributing to a positive work environment is second nature to you.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position, preferably within workshop or service management
• Experience from agriculture, construction, or the automotive industry
• Good administrative skills and habit of working in a structured manner
• Category B driver's license is required
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
