We are now looking to expand our team with more senior technical experts, helping our customers ensure the operation, optimization, and development of their IT environments. As a System Administrator Consultant with us, you will become a central part of creating stable, secure, and efficient IT environments for our customers. You will work closely with the businesses, often on-site at the customer's location, and have the opportunity to use your experience to improve and develop their technical environments. The role combines operational work with strategic consulting – perfect for you if you want both variety and responsibility.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with a broad range of technical and operational tasks that require both depth and breadth of competence. You will be involved in everything from daily operations to development and change projects.

• Operation, maintenance, and development of customers' IT environments.

• Administration of servers (Windows/Linux), networks, and user accounts.

• Implementation and migration of systems, applications, and cloud solutions.

• Ensuring IT security, backup, and recovery procedures.

• Automation of processes and improvement of operational workflows.

• Technical consulting and documentation.

• Troubleshooting and incident management with a focus on quality and speed.

Your background We are looking for you who have solid experience and a broad technical understanding. You are confident in your role, self-motivated, and enjoy having direct contact with customers. Your problem-solving skills and engagement make you a valued collaboration partner quickly.

• At least 5 years of experience in system administration, preferably in a consultant role or customer-facing environment.

• Good knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.

• Experience with networks, firewalls, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

• Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish.

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.

• Very good communication skills and habit of working in a customer-oriented manner.
