Job Description

We are seeking a nurse/specialist nurse for a longer-term substitute position at Fryksdalen Home Healthcare.

The work is highly varied and relies on your own responsibility regarding planning and prioritization. We strive for patient safety and person-centered healthcare. Your main responsibilities include working towards the organization's set goals, ensuring that Home Healthcare (HSL) interventions are planned, implemented, and evaluated, as well as supervising support staff.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in internal teams and collaborating externally with other healthcare providers we work with. A key part of the job is planning your day in an efficient and safe manner. You have great opportunities to structure your workday so that it works well for you and your patients. Through collaboration, we create the best possible care for the patient, focusing on patient safety and person-centered care. We work with the journal system Life Care HSL.

Qualifications

We are looking for a registered nurse with a commitment to and interest in municipal healthcare, and who has a flexible and problem-oriented approach to work.

Preference is given to candidates with specialist education in elderly care or cognitive diseases, or those who are district nurses.

You are accustomed to working independently and making your own decisions, while also having good teamwork skills and considering it natural to work in a team.

Experience from municipal elderly care is an advantage.

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Swedish nursing license

Terms of Employment

• Salary: Monthly salary
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment
• Duration: 6 months or longer
• Working hours: Daytime (scheduled daytime hours)
