jem & fix is currently looking for a driven Deputy Store Manager for our store in Falköping!

🧰 About the role

As Deputy Store Manager at jem & fix, you are responsible for the store's operations when the Store Manager is not on site. This means you create the conditions for yourself and your employees to deliver good sales results in the best possible way.

As the Store Manager's right hand, you ensure that routines regarding cash handling, deliveries, and working environment are followed, and you constantly strive to be a role model for your colleagues.

You work operationally with the daily store operations, which include tasks such as ordering and receiving goods, unpacking deliveries, as well as leading and actively participating in sales and warehouse work.

Since the store is open every day of the week, shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.

We would like you to be a team player who enjoys spreading positive energy and letting your engagement be contagious. You are proactive and results-oriented with the ability to clearly communicate expectations and information to your employees. You are well-organized and solution-focused even under high workload, and you have the ability to prioritize and plan for the best workflow. Continuous evaluation of your own and your employees' efforts is something you see as a matter of course. Perhaps you have an ambition to take on the role of Store Manager in the future?

If you are also a dedicated and handy home fixer, that is a big plus.

We look for you to have:

- Experience in customer service and/or sales, at least 3 years.

- Previous experience in leadership.

- Driver's license: Category B or AM.

Terms of employment: According to the Retail Agreement.

Employment type: Permanent full-time. A probation period of 6 months applies.
