In the role of Customer Service Agent, you play a central part as the first point of contact for both private individuals and business customers. You are responsible for receiving incoming inquiries, handling fault reports, and providing quick and professional support.

A key part of the job is handling alarm calls, where you assess the situation initially and guide customers. You ensure that the correct measures are taken and that cases are followed up until they are handed over to the responsible technician.

You become a vital link between the customer, technology, and service, contributing to smooth and efficient operations around the clock.

• Receive and handle incoming calls from customers
• Register and follow up on fault reports
• Handle alarm calls and provide clear instructions in various situations
• Coordinate cases further to service technicians
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in service and thrive in a role where the pace can vary and where you sometimes need to make quick decisions.

You have:

• Experience in customer service via phone and email
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to remain calm in pressured situations
• Good structure and ability to work independently
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
