About the role

As the System Administrator for Purchasing and E-commerce, you are the connecting link between the purchasing department, the operations, the internal service organization, and the system vendor. You are responsible for the Marketplace module in Raindance, capturing needs from operations and the purchasing organization, and translating them into concrete improvements in systems and processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring stable e-commerce and order flows, as well as driving initiatives that increase usage, quality, and efficiency. You are also responsible for supplier contacts and EDI integrations.

Your duties include:

• Further developing the Raindance Marketplace and purchasing-related system flows.
• Acting as the link between operations and the system vendor, i.e., translating operational requests into system improvements.
• Ensuring that e-commerce and order processes function stably (EDI, Peppol, catalogs, order types).
• Driving improvement initiatives that increase usage, efficiency, and data quality in the system.
• Documenting systems, processes, and changes.
• Ensuring that processes, routines, and training materials are up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Providing technical support to the Purchasing Department.

You are organizationally placed in the Purchasing Department and report to the Purchasing Manager. You collaborate closely with the System Administrator for other modules in Raindance.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a university degree or a high school education with further specialization in logistics, purchasing, computer science, or economics.

You have experience with order and purchasing processes, preferably from a larger organization, and have worked with EDI flows. You have extensive experience with business systems within purchasing/accounting, preferably Raindance, but other systems such as SAP and Visma are also interesting. Your knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, is very good.

You are accustomed to documenting processes and systems and driving changes in a project format. Your Swedish is fluent in speech and writing.

Furthermore, we consider it meritorious to have experience with API/Peppol, e-commerce systems/internal webshops, test management/release handling, as well as spend/purchasing analysis. You may also have basic knowledge in SQL or other database management.

You have the ability to see the big picture in complex flows while simultaneously working carefully with details. You are communicative, receptive, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You can prioritize, make decisions, and handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
