About the role of Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Rugvista, you will become an important part of the customer service organization, working to provide professional and solution-oriented service to the company's customers. The work is largely phone-based but also takes place via email. Customers contact customer service with questions and matters related to their purchases, and your task is to ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

You will work in a multilingual team where all agents handle cases in multiple languages. This role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have good multitasking capabilities, and appreciate structured work with clear processes.

Examples of tasks:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Handle customer cases and questions regarding order status, returns, complaints, product inquiries, and advice
• Work in various systems to document and follow up on cases
• Ensure high quality and good service in every customer interaction

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have previous experience in customer service and are confident working with the phone as your primary tool. You are service-minded, stress-resistant, and have the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel without compromising on quality.

Requirements for the position

• Another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies)
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service
• Previous experience in phone-based support or call center is highly meritorious
• Experience working in similar roles and customer-facing environments

Meritorious

• Knowledge of German and/or French
• Interest in or understanding of interior design and decor
