Dolores is now looking for an experienced and passionate sous chef/chef who wants to become part of our kitchen team. We are a modern and lively restaurant in Stockholm focused on quality, pace, and providing a unique experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone with experience working in restaurant kitchens, who can work under high pressure and has a passion for cooking and service. As a sous chef, you will work closely with the head chef and be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates professionally and efficiently during service.
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Ensure quality and presentation
- Support the head chef in daily operations
- Kitchen planning and organization
- Ensure hygiene and order according to regulations and routines
We are looking for someone who:
- Is stress-resistant and responsible
- Has experience in restaurant kitchens
- Can work evenings and weekends
- Is positive and works well in a team
