About the role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting until January 2027, starting immediately. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.
🚀 About the company
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for a technology-driven R&D company. The operations are characterized by development, technical competence, and close collaboration between different functions. You will become part of a Supply Chain team that works closely with both strategic procurement and R&D, where reliable flows and high data quality are crucial for the business.
💼 Responsibilities
In the role of Supply Chain Specialist, you will work broadly within Supply Chain with a focus on operational flows. You are responsible for daily order management, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that procurement, logistics, and internal processes function from order to delivery. An important part of the role is handling deviations, delays, and ongoing dialogue with suppliers and carriers.
You work administratively in business systems and are responsible for article and packaging data, while also collaborating with IT regarding system issues and data quality. The role also involves working in Monitor ERP and handling EDI flows.
- Operational purchasing and daily order management
- Follow-up on deliveries and handling of deviations and delays
- Coordination of transport and customs handling

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
Requirements
- Some years of experience in operational purchasing, logistics, or Supply Chain
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in business systems
- Very good knowledge of Excel and good general computer skills
Merits

- Knowledge of Power BI
