About the Role

As a Senior Dynamics Architect, you will have a key role responsible for developing and driving the Dynamics business area forward. The role is both strategic and operational, where you work closely with customers while building structure, offerings, and teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Being responsible for the technical direction with architecture responsibility for solutions within Dynamics CRM/CE
• Working with customer dialogue, advisory services, and pre-sales
• Developing solution designs and requirement specifications together with customers
• Ensuring quality and structure in deliveries
• Coaching and developing consultants internally
• Building and developing relationships with Microsoft, partners, and subcontractors
• Contributing to business development and the development of the company's offerings
• Helping to build the Dynamics business area for the long term

We are looking for you who

• Have several years of experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Have worked as a solution architect in complex customer environments
• Are confident and sales-oriented in customer dialogue and have experience in advisory or pre-sales
• Have a good understanding of business processes and operationally close solutions
• Thrive in a coaching role and enjoy developing others
• Have experience collaborating with partners, customers, and subcontractors
• Are entrepreneurial, business-minded, and want to be part of building something long-term
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

Meritorious Qualifications

• Certifications within Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Experience in building or leading a business area or team
• Previous experience from consulting firms or the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with Power Platform, integrations, or Azure-near solutions
• Own network or existing customer relationships within the Microsoft area
