About the role We are currently looking for welders for ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. As a welder, you will work in a team of welders/platers, all working independently from drawing to finished product. Everything from small details to larger constructions. The position as a welder is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. Working hours are mainly scheduled in two shifts, but daytime and permanent night shifts may also occur.

About you We are looking for you who have solid knowledge in welding and who are either trained as a welder and/or have previous experience in the profession. If you have also worked in heavy industry or have knowledge in grinding, straightening, or sheet metal work, we see this as merit. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and have a strong focus on quality. You are not afraid to take initiative and step in where needed. The client values a positive attitude and would like to see that you enjoy working both independently and together with others.

Important for the role:

• Experience with MIG, MAG, and MMA welding.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift and/or crane operator certificates are highly meritorious.
