About Us
The Fishery, led by Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, is a modern and innovative restaurant located in the open dining landscape 'Teatern' at Ringens Shopping Centre in Skanstull. We share the space with other notable operators such as Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. While everyone has their own unique focus, our strength lies in seafood. We serve a high volume of guests quickly from our small kitchen, where food is prepared with authentic ingredients and passion. The kitchen is completely open, and all staff members interact directly with guests. We are a small but tight-knit team driven by positivity, precision, and efficiency. Our menu is short but diverse, featuring highlights like crispy fish, fish tacos, and warm-smoked salmon salad. For drinks, we focus primarily on sparkling wines such as Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne.
Our Unit at Brunkebergstorg
Our unit at Brunkebergstorg is based on the same concept as Teatern, but with its own dedicated space. The menu and service style are identical. We are now looking for cheerful, positive, and ambitious chefs who want to continue developing this successful concept together with us.
About the Role
You thrive working towards set goals and ensuring high quality. You are a team player with excellent organizational skills, love a clean and tidy kitchen, and are comfortable interacting with guests in our open kitchen environment. The role includes standard restaurant kitchen duties, guest interaction, handling orders, working towards our targets, and contributing to a positive work environment and strong team spirit. Working hours vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
