Electrician sought by established company in Gothenburg

Prowork is now looking for an electrician. The company is centrally located in Gothenburg and works with the development, production, and assembly of advanced security products.

About the role

As an electrician, you will assemble various types of products within the fields of fire safety and security. You will also be responsible for quality assurance of all products within the product family. The work requires you to be detail-oriented, take great responsibility, and enjoy working in a team. This is a summer position lasting from week 25 to 35.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Assembling fire alarms, gas alarms, fire cabinets, and customized products
• Manufacturing circuit boards
• Assembly and testing work
• Reading and understanding wiring diagrams

We are looking for someone who has:

• Basic education in electronics, at least at high school level, or equivalent vocational training or relevant work experience
• ECY certificate
• Good knowledge of reading drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout understanding
• General computer literacy
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Previous experience as an electrician or within the manufacturing industry
