The Role
As a customer service representative at Lendo, you will play a central role and be part of a team of 13 people who together are responsible for Lendo's customer support. You will help Lendo's customers with various questions via phone, chat, and email. You handle applications based on the customer's needs and situation, and have daily contact with partners.
About You
We believe you are a relationship-building person who loves interacting with customers, colleagues, and partners. You have previous experience in a role involving phone contact with customers; administrative handling of cases is a plus. As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and positive, and you thrive in a dynamic and changing role and organization. You are a team player who enjoys working in a group. Furthermore, you are communicative, responsible, and service-oriented. You have a strong ambition to develop with the company, both on an individual and group level, and are happy to provide solution and improvement proposals.
Your Profile
- High school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics or similar
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Service-oriented
- You like to work according to clear goals
- Good computer and system skills
- Previous experience in customer service via phone is an advantage

Scope, Working Hours, and Start Date
The position is a full-time employment, and you will be based at Lendo's nice head office in central Stockholm. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and you can also work from home approx. 2–3 times a week once you are comfortable in the role. This is a direct recruitment where you are employed by Lendo with their excellent benefits and secure conditions. For this role, Lendo applies a probation period and background checks before contract signing.
