Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven appointment setters who are communicative, self-motivated, and inspired by creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales processes. Your tasks include:

• Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises
• Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with
• Understanding client needs and matching them with the offered solutions
• Working with modern tools: CRM, dialers, dashboards, etc.
• Following structured work methods and meeting clear targets
• Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust

• Have an interest in sales/appointment setting (experience is an advantage but not required)
• Are communicative and can build trust quickly
• Are motivated by goals and clear results
• Are self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility
• Maintain a positive attitude even on challenging days
• Master one or more European languages, such as:

English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, and more.
