The Hemodialysis Clinic is a highly specialized outpatient department where we provide care with a broad scope. We treat both chronically and acutely ill patients and have 20 treatment stations. Connected to the clinic is also a self-dialysis unit with four places. Our goal is to make care for our kidney patients even better. Every day. In big and small ways. In every meeting. And ensuring that everyone who wants to be part of the development has good conditions for doing so.

As a nurse here, your main tasks will be performing dialysis treatments. Of course, basic and specific nursing care for patients is also included. We work with high-tech equipment and serve the entire hospital where acute dialysis treatments are needed.

Currently, each nurse has treatment responsibility for approximately three patients per shift. Since we are open during day and evening hours as well as weekends (daytime only), your working hours will vary. You will have the opportunity to use and develop your nursing skills and experience many varied care situations.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. As a person, you are curious, flexible, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new routines. You can work both independently and in a team, are positive, and have a good manner of dealing with people.

The Medical Area is one of the university hospital's largest and is organizationally divided into five sections; endocrinology and diabetes, gastroenterology, hematology, nephrology, and general internal medicine. Here, patients are treated with, among other things, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, blood diseases, kidney diseases, as well as patients who need acute internal medicine care, often elderly and multi-morbid patients. Each section has an outpatient clinic. There are also three inpatient wards here.
