Do you want to be part of building the next generation of companies within circular electronics and B2B sales?

We are now looking for a driven and self-motivated B2B salesperson who wants to help develop our sales towards companies in Sweden and Europe. You will work with the sale of mobile phones, recycled electronics, and our B2B solutions targeting both smaller businesses and larger players in the industry.

We already work with international customers and partners within the mobile industry and are now looking for the right person who can help us grow even faster.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will play a key role in finding new customers and building long-term relationships. The role is broad and suits you if you enjoy sales, business development, and customer contact.

You will primarily work with:

  • Actively searching for and contacting new B2B customers
  • Managing leads and building customer relationships
  • Phone calls and meeting bookings with potential customers
  • Email correspondence and follow-ups
  • Participating in customer meetings and presentations
  • Creating quotes, contracts, and business proposals
  • Working with companies in mobile phones, electronics, and recycling
  • Identifying larger partners and resellers in Sweden and Europe
  • Helping to develop our sales processes

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales
  • Is confident in making cold calls and creating new business
  • Is driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • Has good social skills and enjoys building relationships
  • Is structured and can handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
  • Has experience from the mobile industry, electronics, or tech (advantageous but not a requirement)

Salary

The salary will initially consist of a combination of a fixed base salary + commission.

As sales and the customer base grow, the base salary will be adjusted upwards along with the continued commission model.

RecycleTroop works with recycling, sales, and sourcing of mobile phones and electronics for companies across Europe. We help companies give electronics a new life through circular and sustainable solutions.

We currently work with everything from used mobile phones and spare parts to buyback solutions and larger B2B deals within the mobile industry.
