About the role
We are looking for a meticulous and handy facility technician for our operations at Rechon Life Science in Malmö. You will work in a sterile and high-class pharmaceutical production environment (GMP environment) where the demands for quality and precision are very high. This is not about "just fixing things"; all work must be performed in a controlled, documented, and highly precise manner. The work takes place partly in cleanroom environments, meaning you will follow clear routines regarding hygiene, clothing, and working methods. Your main focus will be on a production department with very high cleanliness requirements, and when the need there is lower, you will also support other facility-related matters. The role combines practical work with administration, where documentation, deviation management, and traceability are a natural part of everyday life. The role suits you if you are practical, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where nothing is left to chance.

In your role as a facility technician, your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing repairs and improvements in the production environment.
• Working with simple carpentry, sealing, and adjustments.
• Handling and following up on fault reports.
• Resolving issues internally and coordinating external suppliers when necessary.
• Ensuring that work is performed according to GMP requirements and internal routines.
• Working with documentation, deviations, and follow-up.

Working hours are during the day, and the position as a facility technician is a direct hire with a start date to be agreed upon.

About you
We are looking for someone who is very meticulous, handy, and has an eye for detail.

You do not need to have worked in a pharmaceutical environment before, but you must be comfortable working in a structured and controlled environment where quality and precision always come before speed. Experience working in a GMP environment or other regulated operations is highly meritorious.
