Your Mission:

As an Operational Procurement Officer, you'll play a critical role in keeping our aircraft operational 24/7 by managing spare parts procurement with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient procurement and repair of high-value aircraft parts.
• Source vendors, negotiate effectively, and recommend the best offers.
• Process warranty claims and maintain optimal stock levels across locations.
• Stay updated on airworthiness regulations and reduce unnecessary costs.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Education in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation and quick sourcing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of purchasing, repairing, shipping, and warranty administration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in procuring aviation spare parts, along with knowledge of aviation supplies and the market, is required for this role.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on expertise with Envision, MRO-based ERP systems, and aviation supply procurement.
• Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

As this role involves working in a security-classified area, passing a background check is mandatory.
