Bending Press Operator at RZ INM – via WRKFRC Staffing & Recruitment

Are you technically inclined and looking to develop within sheet metal processing? We are now looking for a bending press operator for RZ INM in Gothenburg – an opportunity for you to grow in a modern workshop environment with a strong technical focus.

You will initially be employed by WRKFRC Staffing & Recruitment, with good opportunities for long-term development with the client.

About the role
In this role, you will work with bending and forming sheet metal in a press brake. The work requires precision and an understanding of technical drawings, where every detail is important for the final result. You will become part of a cohesive team where colleagues support and develop each other.

Your responsibilities:

• Bending of sheet metal according to drawings
• Machine setup and adjustment
• Quality control of finished parts
• Continuous improvement work in production

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background or education, preferably within sheet metal/workshop
• Has experience with or understanding of press brake operation
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Is precise, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a practical role and wants to develop further
