About the Role

As a Property Caretaker, you will manage our schools and preschools in Skåne. Travel between our different units will therefore be part of the role.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, self-reliant, and have a knack for practical problem-solving. You maintain a high level of service and are social, as you will interact with both students and educators. You have good knowledge and experience of property maintenance or similar tasks. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. A vocational training or previous experience in the construction industry is meritorious. This position includes a work computer and mobile phone. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Simple property maintenance and repairs
• Simple carpentry/improvement work
• Other common caretaker duties

Employment Terms

The position is a permanent employment with a workload of 75% (Mon-Fri) starting as agreed. We apply a 6-month probation period for this position.
