AQ Special Sheet Metal AB delivers processed sheet metal components primarily to the automotive industry in Sweden and the rest of the world. Responsibilities

In the role of Quality and Environment Manager, you will have broad responsibility for ensuring and developing the company's quality and environmental work, while also serving as a key support function for production, customers, and the market. The role is broad and suits you if you appreciate variety and want to work in a company where you are involved in both strategic quality work and daily operations.

You will primarily work with:

• Responsibility for and administration of the company's IATF, ISO, and management systems.
• Handling of complaints and direct contact with customers.
• Investigation of deviations and preparation of 8D reports.
• Product investigations, testing, and control measurements.
• Ongoing quality controls, such as first-article and process controls.
• Support to the market and internal functions.
• Support in administrative flows related to orders, purchasing, and delivery.

Qualifications and Education

• Experience in quality work and ISO management systems.
• Good experience in handling complaints and customer dialogue.
• Experience in investigating deviations and 8D reporting.
• Understanding of control measurements and quality follow-up in production.
• Technical understanding of products, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Good administrative skills and habit of creating structure.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
