Primagruppen is a non-profit organization working with rehabilitation from addiction issues and social exclusion through housing, work, and community. Our method is based on empowerment – that people develop through responsibility, participation, and meaningful occupation.

Roo Gård is a work collective and support housing in a beautiful natural environment in Roslagen. Here, housing is combined with practical work and community – with activities such as animal husbandry, gardening, forestry, and crafts. The goal is to provide people with a holistic solution to leave addiction behind and build a stable and independent life.

We are now looking for a manager who wants to lead and develop this unique operation.

About the role

As the manager at Roo Gård, you are responsible for the daily operations and development of the activity. You are an present leader who works closely with both staff and residents in an environment where daily life is practical, varied, and relationship-oriented.

You drive the work forward while ensuring quality, structure, and security.

• Lead and develop daily work
• Ensure quality and follow-up
• Personnel responsibility and supervision
• Documentation and quality work
• Collaboration with authorities and relatives

Qualifications

• Social Work degree (minimum requirement)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing (minimum level B)
• Category B driver's license
• Good IT skills
