Primagruppen is a non-profit organization working with rehabilitation from addiction issues and social exclusion through housing, work, and community. Our work is based on self-determination – that people, with the right support, can take back control of their lives.

Krinolinen is our support housing in Fruängen – a living and dynamic operation with space for approximately 64 people. Here, residents are offered sober and drug-free housing where they actively participate in daily operations, creating structure, responsibility, and strengthened self-esteem.

We are now looking for a manager who wants to lead this operation forward – with a focus on quality, stability, and development.

About the role

As the manager of Krinolinen, you have operational responsibility for the unit. You lead the daily work and ensure that the operation functions stably with high quality.

You are a present leader who works closely with both employees and residents, creating structure, clarity, and calm in an operation with high tempo and great engagement.

• Lead and distribute daily work
• Ensure quality and structure in the operation
• Personnel responsibility and leadership
• Documentation, follow-up, and quality work
• Collaboration with authorities, residents, and relatives

Qualifications

• Social Work degree (minimum requirement)
• Good Swedish skills in speech and writing (minimum level B)
• Category B driver's license
