As a Brand Advocate, you will be the face of the brand towards stores in the electronics channel (e.g., Elgiganten and Power). Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships with retailers. Your goal is to ensure that the brand is always the first one store staff think of and recommend to their customers. Through training and inspiration, you ensure that the brand takes a prominent place in the customer meeting.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Create, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with store staff and decision-makers.
• Brand Presence: Install and maintain POS materials and product displays to ensure a first-class product presentation.
• Training: Conduct engaging product training sessions for store employees so they feel confident selling coffee machines.
• Market Analysis: Collect valuable information about competitors, local campaigns, and sales situations.
• Stock Control: Ensure availability and make sure products are always ready for the customer.
• Events and Campaigns: Participate in local campaign activities, trade fairs, and sales events.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from retail, sales, or as a brand ambassador.
• Is a natural relationship builder who understands the value of good collaboration.
• Is a skilled communicator who is passionate about inspiring and teaching others.
• Is technically interested and has an easy time getting into new products.
• Is independent, structured, and results-oriented.
• Has a class B driver's license and is comfortable traveling within the region.
