Are you a driven and competent NOC Technician? With us, you will be responsible for monitoring our client's network infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security.

Responsibilities:

As a NOC Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the network infrastructure. Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Continuous monitoring of network performance and functionality.
• Real-time identification and troubleshooting of network-related issues.
• Providing technical support and escalating issues when necessary.
• Meticulous documentation of network incidents and solutions.
• Collaborating with other NOC technicians and IT specialists to resolve complex problems.

You will work in an stimulating environment with exciting technology projects and opportunities to grow in your career.

You likely have:

• Basic knowledge of Linux and system administration.
• Experience in IT support, service desk, or technical operations.
• Understanding of incident management and troubleshooting in technical environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, or similar.
• Experience with virtualization, e.g., VMware or KVM.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Ability to work structured in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads.
• A strong technical interest and willingness to develop within operations.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends).
