Autolane AB continues to grow within the motorcycle sector – and we are now looking for an engaged and driven Motorcycle Service Advisor who wants to become a key figure in our workshop.

This is the role for you if you are passionate about customer service, structure, and motorcycles. You will be the hub between customers, technicians, and management – and play a crucial role in creating a smooth and professional experience from the first contact to the final delivery of the motorcycle.

Your role with us

As a Motorcycle Service Advisor, you will among other things:

• Receive customers and serve as the face of the company
• Plan and coordinate work in the motorcycle workshop
• Maintain daily contact with technicians, customers, and management
• Book services, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Order spare parts and ensure an efficient workflow
• Handle warranty and complaint cases
• Follow up on jobs and keep customers updated throughout the process
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service
• Contribute to the development of routines and improvement of the customer experience

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from workshops, service, or customer reception
• Has a great interest in motorcycles
• Is organized, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Thrives in customer contact and a fast-paced environment
• Is communicative and good at building trust
• Enjoys juggling many tasks without losing structure
• Wants to develop together with a rapidly growing company
