HSB Stockholm is the largest of the country's 23 regional HSB associations. Every day, around 500 employees work to deliver the market's best member and property management services to their important owners – their 182,000 members. Their service offering is broad and includes newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and memberships for condominium associations and individual members. They also offer property management and real estate development services for both condominium associations and private property owners.
At Asta Agency, we collaborate with HSB Stockholm in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment at HSB Stockholm. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant for HSB Stockholm. We are looking for employees for the Customer and Member Service department, which is part of Business and Association Support within HSB Stockholm.
Customer and Member Service is HSB Stockholm's common entry point for residents, members, and customers. They receive questions and cases, provide guidance, and ensure that the right function in the organization takes over when needed. With broad knowledge of HSB Stockholm's operations, they contribute to clear answers, security, and high service.

About the RoleAs a case handler at Customer and Member Service, you will become an important part of HSB Stockholm's face to the outside world. You will help residents and members with questions related to housing, such as defect reports, invoices, digital services, member and housing savings questions.
The role involves contact, both via phone and email, where you guide the customer further and ensure that cases are handled according to current routines and processes.
You will become part of a lovely and knowledgeable team where everyone works closely together and helps each other to create the best possible customer experience. The work involves handling varying incoming volumes, reprioritizing continuously, and collaborating with other parts of the organization.
Customer and Member Service works with clear goals related to both quality, treatment, and accessibility, while the team values work joy, development, and community.
Qualifications and SkillsTo thrive in this role, you are a secure and service-oriented person who finds it easy to meet people in a professional and solution-oriented manner. You enjoy creating good customer experiences and have the ability to maintain calm, clarity, and structure even when the workload varies. Since the role involves many contacts with both residents and colleagues, we see that you are communicative, receptive, and collaboration-oriented, while also taking responsibility for driving your own cases forward. The role suits you if you thrive in a customer-facing environment where you get to combine primarily phone contact with administration and problem-solving. As the work takes place in several different systems, we see good computer skills as a prerequisite for success in the role.
Additionally, you have:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in service and customer treatment
- Experience working in a role with volume variation, prioritization, and flexibility
- Good system proficiency
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
Meritorious experience:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Experience from the real estate industry
- Experience with board work in condominium associations (BRF)
- Start: August 24
- Location: Stockholm, Solna Business Park
- Scope: Full-time, initial employment as a consultant via Asta Agency
- Salary: According to agreement
