Job Description

Do you want to be part of a transformation journey in a growing retail company? Randstad Digital is now looking for experienced IT technicians for a consultancy assignment with one of our clients.

As a consultant at Randstad Digital, you will become an important part of our client's IT organization. Our client is in an exciting phase where they are taking a more holistic approach to their internal support for offices, warehouses, and stores. Here you will work in a broad team responsible for the entire support process. This means a high degree of variety in your daily work; one moment you handle simple user queries via phone or desk, and the next you perform deep troubleshooting or act as an on-site technician in office or warehouse environments.

The assignment is long-term, and there may be an opportunity to transition into employment with the client in the future. On-call duty during evenings and weekends is included as part of the role and can be performed remotely; otherwise, you work on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to approx. 3,200 employees distributed across offices, warehouses, and stores.
  • Manage cases throughout the entire chain: from first contact to advanced technical problem solving.
  • Act as an on-site technician at offices and warehouses to ensure hardware and infrastructure function optimally.
  • Administer and configure clients via Intune and MDM solutions.
  • Support POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Manage permissions, accounts, and clients in a primarily Microsoft-based environment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting (1st line) regarding networks in store environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone at a mid-to-senior level in your professional role. You likely have at least four years of experience in IT support and feel confident making independent decisions and driving cases to completion.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of M365 and cloud-based Microsoft platforms (Entra ID, on-prem AD).
  • Experience with client management in Intune or similar MDM tools.
  • Technical understanding of PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, WiFi, and the OSI model.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from the Retail industry and understanding of store operations/POS systems.
  • Experience managing large fleets of Android devices and handheld terminals (RFID).
  • Experience working in environments with both Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
