Your job at Halmstads Energi och Miljö In this role, you will be a key link between IT, operations, and suppliers, focusing on stable systems, clear working methods, and solutions that make everyday life easier for users. You will work with the administration and further development of HEM's central operational systems. An important part of the role is also coordinating the internal Transformation Portfolio, where HEM's overarching systems are administered and developed together with operational stakeholders. This means you will follow up on needs, priorities, suppliers, budgets, and improvement initiatives. This role suits you if you have a good understanding of system administration, processes, and information management, and see the value of active lifecycle management. You thrive in a broad assignment where you combine structure, technology, service, and change management, and both participate in and drive internal projects that develop HEM's systems and working methods. To fit the role, we would like you to have experience in system administration and a good understanding of operational processes. You should also have some technical knowledge related to application administration and familiarity with frameworks such as PM3 and ITIL. You will need to have a high degree of self-leadership and be accustomed to leading others. You should have knowledge of information security, GDPR, and cybersecurity principles. If you have knowledge of Oracle, SQL, APIs, and basic scripting/programming, this is an advantage. You also need to be able to communicate effectively in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to contribute to development and improvement. You are communicative, take responsibility, and thrive in the role as the hub between IT, operations, and suppliers. You have high self-leadership and are confident in leading others forward, even without formal authority. The role requires a strong team focus and close collaboration both within the team and with people further removed from IT and system understanding.
