About the role
As a Booking Advisor, you will become part of the Ordering & Advisory team, consisting of approximately 20 colleagues. Together, you are responsible for providing professional service and guidance to customers in their interactions with the business.
In this role, you handle incoming customer calls, assisting with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. You conduct needs assessments, provide advice regarding the company's services, and guide customers to the appropriate care or next steps.
You also handle cases via app and web portal, using several digital systems simultaneously in your daily work. The role involves a fast pace where you need to prioritize, work systematically, and handle multiple tasks at once, always with the customer in focus. You also handle information that is recorded in patient records, which requires attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
We are looking for someone who
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Is confident in communicating over the phone and has good documented experience in this area
- Has good system proficiency and is comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously
- Has at least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks or customer service
- Is service-oriented and thrives in a role with high customer contact
Experience from the healthcare or health industry is considered an advantage.
