We are now looking for licensed nurses for the municipal healthcare in Tingsryd Municipality. Here, you work in a small municipality with short decision-making paths, close cooperation, and a focus on safe, secure, and person-centered care. We are seeking nurses for the Home Care in Tingsryd and Ryd. The positions also include evening and weekend shifts according to schedule. Fundamentally, these positions are scheduled at 100%.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL)
• Assessment, planning, and follow-up of healthcare interventions
• Medication management
• Mentoring and support for care staff
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers
• Documentation according to current legislation

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Professional and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in municipal healthcare is an advantage
• Category B driver's license
