About the Role

We are now looking for a Project Manager and Inside Sales Representative who wants to drive and develop our catering assignments from the first customer contact to the completed event. With us, you will have a central role in the operations where you work closely with both customers, the kitchen, and service staff. You are responsible for creating quotes, planning assignments, and ensuring that every delivery maintains the high quality we are known for. The work is primarily during office hours, but you will also participate in the execution of certain assignments at events or in our operations at Berwaldhallen.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with receiving inquiries and handling bookings, creating quotes, and adapting setups according to the customer's needs, as well as planning and project managing catering assignments and events. The role also includes following up on completed assignments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internally with the kitchen, logistics, and staff. In addition, you will handle administrative tasks related to the business. We have a flat organization and help each other between departments when needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have experience from the restaurant or catering industry and who thrive in a role where you get to combine service, structure, and business thinking. You are structured and organized, solution-oriented, proactive, meticulous, and unpretentious, as well as comfortable in customer contact and used to taking responsibility. You work with quality awareness, have an eye for detail, and are confident in handling a high pace.

Qualifications

We see that you have experience from restaurants or catering, for example as a server or head waiter. You have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English. A B-driver's license is required. It is an advantage if you have experience of sales or project management within events or catering, as well as familiarity with administrative systems such as Excel, Word, Waiteraid, Caspeco, or similar tools.

Elwing & Co. Catering is a family-owned company founded in 1991 with a strong brand within catering and events in Stockholm. We work with food, ingredients, and high-quality service, and our assignments range from smaller deliveries to larger corporate events. Our customers are both companies and private individuals. We currently have about 12 full-time employees and have a large network of extra staff when needed. Our kitchen & office is located at Anderstorpsvägen 20 in Solna, and since 2014 we have also operated Bar & Café Berwald in Berwaldhallen. We are members of Visita and are covered by collective agreements.
