We are looking for an experienced and independent chef to help open a new restaurant in Bergeforsen! At our place, well-made pizza and classic pub favorites – such as plank steak and hearty meat dishes – are at the center. As our chef, you will help create a flavorful, accessible, and popular menu for both locals and visitors.

About the position

You will have a central role in the kitchen and be involved from the start as we build the concept, routines, and menu. There are great opportunities to influence the way of working and the dishes, as long as the food maintains high quality and is accessible to a broad audience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cooking, menu planning, and kitchen management, preferably from a similar operation.
• Is confident in preparing classic pub food and pizza, prioritizing quality, pure flavor, and good ingredients.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with colleagues and handle orders and instructions.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and efficient – even when there is a lot to do.
• Is creative within the framework of a simple, tasty, and popular concept.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
