Job Description

As a cook in the Meal Service, you prepare delicious and tasty meals for schools and elderly care. The work includes safely preparing and handling special diets as well as cooking in different consistencies. Furthermore, it includes traditional kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning, self-control, HACCP, etc.

As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and flexible.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school diploma from the Hotel and Restaurant program or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent.

• You have knowledge of food hygiene, self-control, HACCP, and special diets.
• Meritorious if you have experience with digital ordering and knowledge of the diet data program Mashie.

As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and flexible. You have good collaboration skills and good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. You should be able to work independently as well as in a group. Your personal qualities are important to us and great importance will be attached to them.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
