Your responsibilities and tasks

You will work with cleaning and tidying of office spaces, lecture halls, hotel areas, as well as other premises and spaces belonging to the operations. The tasks also include deep cleaning and window washing. You will also, if needed, work with reception and restaurant duties. You are expected to work during evenings and weekends.

Your knowledge and competencies

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Documented cleaning training within SRY, PRYL, INSTA-800, or other training deemed equivalent by the employer.
• At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance within hotels and/or restaurant work.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish, as well as good spoken English.

The following are meritorious:

• Experience in government administration.
• Experience working in reception and/or telephony.
• Experience working in a restaurant.
• Good computer skills.

About the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position starting with a probationary period.

Your place of work will be Sandö, and travel within the employment will occur. Working hours are scheduled and include evenings and weekends.

About us

School Section for Boarding 2 is responsible for providing course and conference services, student services, and reception. This includes providing hotel, restaurant, and facility maintenance services.

We also offer you the opportunity to take fitness hours and you will receive a fitness allowance. For you as a state employee, there are also favorable holiday conditions.
