We are now looking for a leader for our configuration center in Rotebro with experience in installations and delivery of IT equipment, who wants to contribute to better IT solutions for our customers. Are you our new colleague?

Your role at Iver:

In Rotebro, we have Iver's recycling, logistics, and configuration center for IT hardware, covering a total of 1,800 m². Together with our partners, Iver Workplace offers integrated services for complete lifecycle management of clients and mobile devices, with the aim of optimizing our customers' economics and minimizing the equipment's environmental impact through efficient reuse or recycling.

As the manager of our configuration center, you are responsible for the entire flow from delivery and warehousing to fully configured computers and phones ready for delivery. You drive the business with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role entails clear responsibility for personnel, budget, cost control, and delivering against the company's KPIs, while ensuring high delivery precision according to SLAs with the company's customers. You combine operational presence with strategic responsibility and act as the hub of the operations.

Examples of tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the operation of the configuration center (warehouse + installation)
• Responsible for the configuration center's budget and profit/loss responsibility
• Full personnel responsibility, including team development
• Operational responsibility – participate in configuration and ensure quality delivery throughout the chain
• Drive continuous improvement work, standardize and streamline processes

Who are we looking for?

Our leadership is clear and requires strengths in three dimensions: People, Business, and Technology. We are looking for you who have experience in a similar role in the industry and have good knowledge of work within configuration and delivery of IT equipment. We also believe that you have previous experience in a leadership role and know how to build strong teams, as well as experience in delivery and business follow-up, and feel confident in your role.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in warehousing and configuration operations of IT equipment
• Experience in team leading or coordination, preferably with personnel responsibility
• Experience in installing computers and/or mobile devices
• Experience working towards SLAs and set goals/KPIs
• Experience with budget responsibility or cost follow-up is highly meritorious

Location: This role is based at our warehouse in Rotebro, Sollentuna, and requires on-site work.
