We are now looking for a skilled, independent, and service-oriented waiter/waitress who truly masters their craft. You have at least 2 years of experience from the restaurant industry, preferably from establishments with a bar, high tempo, and high demands on service, sales, and quality.

You are accustomed to handling many guests simultaneously, reading situations quickly, and delivering warm, professional, and efficient service even when the pace is at its highest. You have natural drive, a sharp eye for detail, and understand that truly good service is about more than just carrying plates – it is about hospitality, energy, timing, and intuition.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, works independently, and simultaneously strengthens the team around you. You know how to create a positive experience for the guest, how to work structured under pressure, and how to contribute to every service running smoothly, securely, and professionally.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Serving food and drinks with a high sense of service and professionalism
• Taking care of guests through table service, interaction, upselling, and hospitality
• Working at a high tempo without compromising on quality or the overall experience
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen, bar, and other staff to ensure a strong service flow
• Contributing to order, structure, and a high level throughout the entire service shift
• Helping to create a pleasant, professional, and well-functioning work environment

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress
• Have experience in a restaurant environment with a bar and high tempo
• Are stress-resistant, quick, solution-oriented, and confident in the service profession
• Are independent but also function very well in a team
• Have a natural feel for service, hospitality, and sales
• Are responsible, meticulous, and professional in your work
• Have good social skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
