About the role
We are currently recruiting welders for ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. As a welder, you will work in a team of welders/platers who all work independently, from drawing to finished product. The work ranges from small details to larger constructions. The position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probation period, but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. Working hours are primarily scheduled for 2-shift work, but day shifts and permanent night shifts may also occur.

About you
We are looking for you who have solid knowledge of welding and who are either a trained welder and/or have previous experience in the profession. If you have also worked in heavy industry or have skills in grinding, straightening, or sheet metal work, we consider this a merit. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and have a strong focus on quality. You are not afraid to take initiative and step in where needed. The client values a positive attitude and would like you to thrive working both independently and together with others.

Important requirements for the role:

• Experience with MIG, MAG, and MMA welding.
• Good skills in reading technical drawings.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift and/or crane operator certificates are highly meritorious.
