About Us Mervida AB is a care company with operations within home care, supported housing, and escort services. We are in an exciting growth phase and currently have approximately 400 employees distributed across 11 units in Stockholm and Norrköping.

We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated coordinator for our home care operations in Hässelby/Vällingby, a key person who wants to contribute to developing and ensuring the quality of our operations.

About the Role The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start. You will work from our office in Hässelby/Vällingby and be responsible for coordinating the daily operations within home care. The role also includes customer visits as needed.

As a coordinator, you are a central contact point between customers, employees, social workers, and management. You plan, schedule, handle absences, and ensure that the right interventions are carried out at the right time. The work requires good organizational skills, structure, and communication.

An important part of the assignment is to follow up on documentation, implementation plans, and other administration related to home care operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in coordination and planning within home care (required)
• Good computer skills and administrative ability
• Experience with the planning system Epsilon is an advantage
• Education as an assistant nurse is desirable
• Language skills in Swedish and English
• Driver's license

Employment Conditions

• Scope: 100%
• Working hours: weekdays 07:00–16:00 (exceptions may occur)
• Start date: according to agreement
