WHO IS FRAM?

At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a restaurant is one of the most fun jobs in the world. We are a personal staffing agency that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and sees companies and staff a little differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are passionate about this for real.

We are several hundred employees, with a dozen offices in Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg, and things are going really well for us. 💪

Of course, we are an authorized staffing agency, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg and Malmö, and now FRAM has truly established itself here in Stockholm since 2023. With several seasoned colleagues in the office who know the industry in every respect, we are investing heavily and intend to become by far the best employer for us industry people within the hotel and restaurant industry. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious places and we choose who we work with. Our customers range from friendly neighborhood pubs, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and meeting facilities where the common denominator is that they are clean workplaces, whole and clean restaurants with a decent level and good atmosphere.

We do not make short-term decisions, and everyone who joins us intends to work with for many years to come. Whether it is our colleagues or our customers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

So you are employed by us at FRAM and work at different places across the city. Sometimes you can work at a few different workplaces in a week or run a long-term assignment at one and the same place. You get suggestions for assignments in good time, you go out and work for our customers, and you get paid by us. Quite straightforward.

You choose completely how you want to work. Only daytime weekdays? No problem. Do you only want to work evenings? Absolutely. Do you always want to be off certain days of the week? We'll sort it out! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT! We don't care if it's during peak Christmas party times or if you find a good and cheap last-minute trip and want to be off on fairly short notice.

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to drive, and what type of service you want to work with (no bullshit). Everything else is roughly as you think, and we dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here on Västmannagatan in the city.

WHO ARE YOU?

FRAM is looking for you who is clean and tidy, has a few years under your belt as an assistant, server, bartender, or has worked in a café and has a bit of a clue. You don't need to be super-educated or worked at a starred restaurant but you know how it works in the industry and your wits are sharp.

Since all our customers' restaurant managers are good people, they will take good care of you when you are at work and make sure you feel welcome. You will get to know many other good people when you work with us.

We are looking for you who has professional knowledge and the right attitude. You don't need to be as driven as we twisted jerks in the office, but you are enthusiastic, unpretentious, and good people. Just as social as only you are, alert, and genuinely like working in a restaurant.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is pretty sharp at their job, but the most important thing of all is that everyone who works with us is just good people. We have no arms and legs, no haughty superiors, people who scream or tired hats with us. We don't take just anyone in, and it's not entirely easy to get a job with us.

Otherwise, you are social, know the ropes, and like your profession.
