About the Role ⚡

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, your role is versatile and crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, helping customers through engaged service and technical skills where you create well-adapted solutions for the customer's needs.

You will:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement
  • Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management
  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships
  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Computer literacy
  • Completed upper secondary education

For some of our assignments, information is handled that is subject to security protection. Therefore, you will undergo a security check to be able to handle these assignments. This means that there should be nothing that could affect the possibility of security clearance.
