Job Description

The duties of an assistant nurse include providing a good quality of life for our residents based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks, contributing with social support and guidance.

You must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the work team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our activity system. Working hours are scheduled for night shifts with 2 weekends out of 4.

Qualifications

You must be trained as an assistant nurse and be able to provide an extract from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming this.

We are looking for you who are a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic skills. You should find it easy to work in a group but also be able to work independently.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and teamwork skills.
