About your role
Åhléns Outlet is a department store concept with everything within fashion, home, and beauty collected under one roof, where the customer can find stylish bargains from well-known brands in a modern environment at low prices.
As a Product Manager at Åhléns Outlet, you have clear business responsibility where you drive sales, margin, and inventory within your segment.
You operate in a fast-paced and commercial environment where the business is at the center. The role requires you to be close to both the customer and the operations, with a good understanding of what sells, why it sells, and how you maximize the business.
Here, it is not just about planning, but about acting. You analyze, adjust, and optimize continuously to ensure an attractive offer and high turnover.
Examples of tasks:
- Responsible for sales, gross profit, and inventory within your segment
- Plan, drive, and follow up on campaigns
- Optimize inventory turnover and product flow
- Develop a commercial and surprising assortment
- Conduct environmental analysis – trends, customer behavior, and competitors
- Negotiate with suppliers based on price, volume, and quality
- Set min/max levels and ensure replenishment of key products
You are part of a team of other Product Managers and Purchasing Assistants. Together, you are responsible for improving and streamlining our working methods.

You bring to us:
- Experience in purchasing and assortment work
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in supplier dialogue and negotiation
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Meritorious:
- Experience from retail or outlet operations

About the recruitment
The position is a full-time temporary assignment starting in early July until January 17, 2027. You are located at our headquarters on Dalagatan in Stockholm. Here we sit together with Åhléns and Designtorget.
