About the Role

As a Plumbing and HVAC Technician with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job with significant responsibility. You will work both practically and problem-solving in a diverse property portfolio, collaborating with other competencies within operations and service. Your main tasks will include:

• Maintenance, repairs, and installation work
• Assisting tenants with orders and troubleshooting
• Preventive supervision and maintenance to ensure safe and sustainable operations

You will become an important part of a small team of specialists based in Skara or Skövde. As a team, we believe in collaboration and an egalitarian approach where we work closely with our customers and strive to continuously improve property maintenance. About You

To handle varied types of tasks, your problem-solving skills are paramount. You are proactive, skilled at building good relationships, and quality-conscious. You are responsible and enjoy a combination of independent work and teamwork. You take great personal responsibility for planning and directing your work, working therefore structured and with good prioritization skills.

To succeed in the role, you need

• A university college degree of at least 1.5 years (300 YH credits) or equivalent 400 YH credits focused on Plumbing and HVAC Installer or similar
• +2 years of work experience in the plumbing and HVAC field
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally
• Category B driver's license
