About the Role: Project Manager/Foreman

As a Project Manager/Foreman, you are responsible for planning, distributing, supervising, and directing daily work in respective projects, as well as handling certain administrative tasks and participating in bidding processes. In consultation with management, you will drive various projects and contract agreements. Unexpected issues may arise during the course of a project, requiring you to solve them urgently. Another challenge is fostering good collaboration and engagement among employees. You should also enjoy the journey from blueprint to completed project.

The role involves significant customer contact, requiring you to be social and comfortable communicating with people. Sometimes the work can be tough, and it is up to you as the foreman to spread engagement and joy, ensuring that you overcome obstacles and reach project milestones together. Above all, this is a social role where you interact with many people. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge in civil engineering, earthworks, concrete work, excavation, machinery operations, and paving. Other tasks may arise depending on current projects.
