Experienced IT Specialist for Consulting Firm in Stockholm – Broad Role in Operations, Infrastructure, and Security

We are now looking for an experienced IT specialist, preferably with strong Linux skills, for a smaller consulting firm with a long-term assignment at a government agency. Here you will work broadly with operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure in a high-security IT environment.

What you will do

In the role of IT specialist, you will work operationally with the operation, development, and improvement of IT environments.

You will:

• Manage and develop IT infrastructure in a broad context
• Work with various types of systems with a focus on Linux
• Work with networks, security, and virtualization
• Support within several technical areas such as databases and client environments
• Work with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to structure, documentation, and improved working methods

Your team and workplace

The employment is with a smaller consulting company that, among other things, works on a longer client assignment. In this assignment, you will work centrally in Stockholm on-site at a government agency in a high-security IT environment. You will become part of a small team where people work closely together and share responsibility for the overall infrastructure.
