Job Description

We are looking for a person who wants to take responsibility for our shop and rental business in Söderköping.

The role is broad and suits you who thrive on variety and independent responsibility. In practice, you will run the daily operations yourself – with us owners providing support from the background.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer contact in the shop and via phone
• Renting out and taking back machinery/tools
• Inspection, basic maintenance, and preparing equipment
• Maintaining order in the shop and warehouse
• Administrative tasks related to bookings and invoicing

We are a growing company where you will have the opportunity to influence working methods and routines. The right person may eventually take on an even larger role in the business.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated and takes responsibility without needing to be directed
• Has a good sense of service and customer interaction
• Is hands-on and not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Is organized and structured

Merits:

• Experience from retail, service, or rental businesses
• Interest in machinery, tools, or construction

Personality and attitude weigh heavier than experience.

About the Position

The position is 50% with a start date of June 1, 2026.

Working hours are primarily weekdays between 06:30–10:30, with the possibility of additional hours if needed.

You will work independently in the shop, which requires responsibility and initiative.
